At Paul Wakefield Art, I pour my heart and decades of experience into every pen stroke to ensure you receive a piece of art you will treasure. However, I understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. Here is my straightforward refund policy.
1. Prints
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a print, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The print must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Custom Pet Portraits (Commissions)
Custom portraits are deeply personal and created specifically for you. I want you to be absolutely delighted with the final piece.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom drawing, I am willing to offer a full refund upon the return of the artwork.
Condition for Refund on Custom Artwork:
To process a refund for a custom drawing, you must grant me permission to use the drawing to sell as prints in my shop. By returning the custom artwork for a refund, you agree that Paul Wakefield Art retains all rights to reproduce and sell the image.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork via phone at +1 (575) 573-6278 or through the contact form
2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
3. I will provide you with the return shipping address.
4. Carefully package the artwork to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
4. Processing Refunds
Once I receive the returned artwork and inspect its condition, I will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear on your account.
